Adam Multz
Chief Executive Officer
Adam provides all-encompassing marketing and advertising expertise to anyone looking to grow their business. Being able to always keep an open mind, Adam is the first to know about all things contemporary and state-of-the-art. Having spent the past eight years working with some of the biggest companies, Adam has mastered the various forms of marketing and advertising. Understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to marketing, he uses his creative thought process to find the best approach to help his clients achieve success.
Adam brings over eight years of high-volume operational experience to the substance abuse and mental health industry. His vast amount of knowledge in all things digital advertising has been instrumental in building the organization. Reaching all facets of a successful substance abuse multi-location organization, Adam’s expertise allows him to excel at leading team supervision of new acquisitions, ramping-up staffing, call center integration, generating new leads, admissions, accounting and collections.
Daniel Cincotta
Chief Operating Officer
Daniel ”Danny” Cincotta holds a degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance from Florida Atlantic University. Danny has worked in various roles including admissions, mergers & acquisitions, and most recently facility operations at the executive level. Danny has over eight years of experience and specializes in launching new facilities, growing existing facilities, facility turnaround, and quality improvement.
Danny brings expertise and operational experience across a multitude of different states to the Diamond Recovery team. He possesses a natural ability to lead others and motivate his teams to improve daily. With a strong command of process and protocol, he often organizes his teams to operate effectively to deliver the highest quality level of client care.
When not working, Danny spends his time either on the beach, in the gym, or watching New York Rangers hockey.
Original Michael
Director of Business Development
As the Director of Business Development, Original Michael brings over 20 years of knowledge and expertise to the team at Atlanta Detox Center. With a passion for working with individuals who are struggling with mental health and addiction, he strives to help people stay clean and resilient. After personally having the strength to overcome these challenges himself, his experience led him to want to be to someone, all that he needed someone to be to him.
Having the strong will and determination to succeed, Mr. Michael is proud to be in a position where he can now help others. With a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology and a graduate level certification in Family and Marriage Counseling, he also received his CAC II, CADC II, MAC, CCS, CAMS and CPS, while currently in a doctoral program.
By developing a rapport with his clients, Mr. Michael’s sincere, empathetic, authentic and non-judgmental approach to care allows him to help people who truly want to recover from the hold of addiction from drugs and alcohol. With a passionate and gentle heart, he is able to approach clients who have mental health diagnoses by helping them meet challenges that they are confronted with both inwardly and outwardly.
Nicole Smigielski
Executive Director
Nicole Smigielski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in addiction counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University, along with being a Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant (CADAC).
For over nine years, Nicole has dedicated her life to helping others who struggle with substance abuse disorders. Her passion and drive in this field come from “giving back what she was given.”
Nicole has worked in many roles including case management, business development, and facility operations management at an executive level. Having a clinical and operational background has broadened her scope of work as she specializes in opening facilities, staff training, legal liaison work along with state licensure and regulations.
When not working, you can find Nicole enjoying the sun near any body of water, watching Notre Dame football in the fall, and spending time with her two children.
Allison Trim
National Director of Business Development
Allison Trim attended Temple University to study Public Health, which gave her a firm understanding of how to tackle societal problems systematically. Her education, coupled with her personal experience in recovery, affords her the expertise and compassion to truly help individuals struggling with mental health or substance use disorders. Ms. Trim is also a certified interventionist (CNDAI II) with the ability to provide many resources for family members seeking help for their loved ones.
Allison has worked in the behavioral health field for over 5 years. She has played a pivotal role in assisting behavioral health facilities to grow and create processes and procedures to ensure that each patient is treated based on their individual needs. Ms. Trim has extensive experience in providing each patient and their family with the support they need to not just survive but to truly heal and thrive and maintain lasting recovery.
